Patient Surveys
Press Ganey is an independent reporting agency who measures and reports patient satisfaction. Surveys are mailed to each patient's home after their inpatient stay with us at HealthPark. The survey questionnaire asks various questions that deal with such topics as the quality of care, skill of our nurses, food quality, and overall satisfaction with their experience. If you stay with us overnight as an inpatient, you will also receive an internal survey before your discharge. This invaluable feedback allows us insight into what you think we are doing well and suggestions that may improve your stay with us.
