HealthPark Hero Award
The HealthPark Hero Award recognizes one employee each month. Nominations for the award may be submitted by anyone including patients, co-workers, supervisors, etc using the form available at the suggestion box located in the main vending area. Nominations are based on: Efficiency, Presentation, Fun, Courtesy, and Safety.
Completed nomination forms must be submitted in the suggestion box. A committee meets once each month to determine the Hero from the nominations submitted from the previous month. The selection is announced on the 15th at the monthly birthday celebration held in the employee’s lounge. The selected employee of the month will receive use of a reserved parking space for the month, a gift certificate and a hospital shirt. The name of the Hero will be added to the roster of past Heroes located in the main lobby. They also will be one of the twelve employees considered for the Annual Employee of the Year given in December of each year.
