HEALTHPARK HOSPITAL BREAKS GROUND ON NEW MEDICAL OFFICE BUILDING
HealthPark Hospital has recently broken ground for their new medical office building, The Medical Plaza at HealthPark Hospital. The new 60,000 plus square foot building will house both primary care and specialist’s offices including orthopedics, general surgery, internal medicine, family practice, and urgent care in addition to administrative offices and an expanded sleep disorders center.
“The new building, which is a joint partnership with The Cirrus Group, will enable our physicians to better serve the community through improved efficiency. Time that was spent traveling between clinics and the hospital will be virtually eliminated because soon they will be able to walk between the two,” stated Jason Spring, CEO. “Our patients will also find added convenience with many of their physicians located on one campus and the ability to have most diagnostic testing services available in one location.”
The new physician tenants of The Medical Plaza at HealthPark Hospital will include Drs. Robert Olive, Michael Young, Kevin Rudder, Chris Young, and Ross Hardy of Orthopaedic Associates of Arkansas; Drs. Ron Kaler, Allen Gerber, and Marc Rogers of Surgery Associates of Hot Springs; Dr. David Young of HealthFirst Family Practice; Drs. Nanette Vowell, Thomas Pullig, and Anne Murphy of Convenient Care Clinic; Dr. Michael Bodemann, Steve Bodemann, Diane Bodemann, Don Bodemann, John Sorrels, and Andrew Grose of Hot Springs Internal Medicine. Estimated completion of the building will be early in 2009.
